Homemade Broth Noodle Recipe

This afternoon, I want to enjoy instant noodles, a special food that I think everyone likes. As we know, this practical and delicious food is always sought after when in a hurry. Also suitable for limited meal times. Those of you who have busy activities must also often rely on this ready-to-eat food, right? No wonder, besides being economical, it also tastes very delicious. This food is always the target of people who like it. In general, instant noodles are sold everywhere. In my area, this food is often found in shops and on the coast, all stalls definitely provide this instant noodle menu.

Apart from that, I often cook instant noodles at home combined with vegetables, it's not complete without it. But in this recipe I tried to replace the ingredients or vegetables that are usually combined with noodles such as mustard greens, bean sprouts, cabbage. However, I tried to replace it with yellow pumpkin shoots to try a new taste. And you should know, honestly because I have it at home without having to go out to buy other vegetables haha.I immediately picked some pumpkin shoots in the yard. Here's how to make my instant noodles!

Ingredient needed:

  • 2 pieces of instant noodles (for flavor variations according to taste)
  • 2 sachets of noodle seasoning
  • 3 sausages
  • 6 stalks of pumpkin top leaves
  • 1 stalk of celery
  • 1 stalk of spring onion
  • 440 ml water

Fine spices

  • 5 red chilies
  • 5 cloves of shallots
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tomato


Preparation For Making

First: Cut the pumpkin top leaves into small pieces until finished. Wash thoroughly then set aside

Second: Prepare the fine spices, cut the red chilies, shallots, garlic and tomatoes into small pieces then put them in a blender

Third: Wash the celery leaves and spring onions, chop finely. Cut the sausage into small pieces or according to taste. Set aside

Fourth: Heat the oil, saute the fine spices until fragrant, add the sausages and pumpkin vegetables, stir well, add water, wait until it boils and the pumpkin vegetables are half cooked then add the instant noodles, noodle seasoning, spring onions and celery leaves. Cook for a while and remove. Pour the noodle soup into a serving container and it is ready to be enjoyed while it is warm.



If you like spicy, you can also add small pieces of chili or add sauce. According to taste

Pumpkin leaf sausage noodles

It tastes very fresh, a delicious combination that makes you want more. This thick noodle soup is very tasty and chewy.
