Smoked Food

As I've posted before I like smoking food and I enjoy the taste. Yesterday, I smoked a beef brisket. It slow cooked for 7 to 8 hours at 225 degrees Fy32701.jpghi0m0t.jpgzv9n52.jpgigyrbk.jpg

I soaked it in a brine over night. Kosher salt and brown sugar. Before smoking, patted it dry and put a beef rub from the Treager Grill Co
