I've been looking for a way to incorporate more ginger into my every day diet so I started looking for information online. I mostly consume it through liquid drinks for the most part, sometimes soup, every now and then with a bit of sushi, but it's one of those things that's hard to balance.
I noticed a lot of different seafood items popped up when I put in a basic search. Seafood makes sense, fish the most common. I've always liked soy sauce so to see the combination of soy and ginger I knew it would be something I'd like. Maybe I'll walk down to the docks the first part of the year and pick up something fresh to experiment with. Always looking to try new dishes when they present themselves.
