Yummy peanut soup

Welcome to my blog, today, I made peanut soup with bitterleaf.

Peanut soup is a very healthy delicious meal that contains much fiber and vitamins with less cholesterol.

Ingredients.

  • Peanut (800g)
  • Dry fish (2 kilos)
  • Prawn and crayfish
  • Beef (1kilo)
  • Washed bitter leaf
  • Palm oil
  • Salt
  • Dry pepper
  • Maggi (1 cube)
  • Palm oil

Peanut soup is the easiest soup to make because it doesn't require many ingredients; you can use whatever you have to prepare it, and it will come out very perfect.

cooking steps

I washed the peanuts and sundry it a little bit, after which I fried them for just five minutes.

I fried the peanuts a little bit to get a different aroma and taste, you can also decide not to fry them but just blend them after thoroughly washing them.


After frying it, I moved on to blending it, but not too smooth i don't want to turn it to peanut butter.


Then it was time to cook. I washed the beef very well and added it to a dry pot, allowing it to cook for 10mins and it brought out some water of its own, before boiling it, I added salt, pepper, and a cube of Maggi.

Then add the well-washed fish and stock fish, and allow them to cook together with the beef for 20 minutes,
I also added 100 ml of palm oil to give it a good look and taste



After 20 minutes I added the blended peanuts and allowed them to cook together


As it was cooking, I quickly blended the prawn and crayfish with my blender.

Yummy 😋 everything has been cooked together, and the soup looks delicious. Tho am yet to have tasted it.
Lastly, I added just a handful of washed bitter leaf then added the blended crayfish.
After 5 minutes more my peanut soup is ready.

You can serve it with any carbohydrate of your choice.
