Hola a todos, por aquí comparto esta receta de in delicioso postre frío, fácil de preparar; ideal para merendar; aquí están Los ingredientes a utilizar.
Ingredientes.
- Galleta Maria, 1 paquete.
- Mantequilla, 113 g.
- Leche condensada, 395 g.
- Leche liquida, 1 taza.
- Limón, 2.
Teniendo estos ingredientes; inicio remojando las galleta en leche, exprimo un limón; reservo el jugo. En un bold mezclo mantequilla con batidor manual o batidora eléctrica; agrego la leche condensada; seguimos mezclando y por ultimo paso echamos el jugo de limón. Seguidamente en un recipiente con tapa preferiblemente; vamos armando nuestro postre frío; de la siguiente manera: una capa de crema y encima una capa de galleta, previamente remojadas en leche; repetimos este paso; calculando que quede bastante crema para cubrir la ultima capa del postre; luego rallamos la concha de un limón encima para decorar. Para culminar tapamos y llevamos al congelador por dos horas, luego lo metemos en la nevera; de esta manera obtenemos un delicioso postre frío; para degustar cuando nos provoque. GRACIAS POR LEER.
