Carne en salsa es uno de los almuerzos preferidos de mi familia; aqui les comparto esta receta casera; los ingredientes que utilizaremos seran los siguientes:
Ingredientes.
- Carne, 2 piezas.
- Cebolla 1/2.
- Pimentón 1/2.
- Ajo, 7 dientes.
- Aceite con onoto, 4 cucharadas.
- Salsa inglesa, 3 cucharadas.
- Sal, pimienta negra (al gusto)
Iniciamos sazonando la carne con sal y pimienta negra; luego lavamos y picamos en juliana pimentón, cebolla, igualmente picamos los dientes de ajo finamente. Luego en aceite sofreímos, ajo,cebolla, pimentón para seguidamente agregar la carne y echarle salsa inglesa; luego tapar y cocinar a fuego bajo. Voltear la carne y revisar sal; volver a tapar y dejar cocinar. De esta manera obtenemos una deliciosa carne en salsa. Espero se animen hacerla en casa. GRACIAS POR LEER.
