What it takes to make 🫕
Boneless beef - 1 kg🍖
Coconut powder 2 tbsp🥥
Coriander powder 1 tablespoon🥬
Cumin powder 2 tbsp
Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
Chilli powder 2 tbsp🌶️
Dry fenugreek leaves 1 tablespoon
Beef fat 200 grams🥩🥓
Mint leaves 50 grams
Coriander leaves 50 grams
5 green chillies
Ginger-Garlic- 20 grams.
How to make
- First, wash the meat and cut it into cubes. Now knead all the ingredients well one by one with it. Once the paste is done, the meat and spices should be minced. Now knead the mince well again. Then take the shik and fill it with mince mixture one by one and bake it in a coal oven. Flip it over and fry it well. It will cook well. When done, take it down and serve it hot. This kebab is best eaten with roti or rota.
