Feliz martes amigos de Hive Food hoy les traigo el paso a paso de unos deliciosos rollos de lechuga que rellenamos con ensalada de papas, huevos y atún. Si deseas puedes hacer estos rollos con pan árabe pero yo decidí hacerlos con lechuga para reducir la cantidad de carbohidratos en la cena y es una receta bastante fácil de hacer y deliciosa. La idea es hacer recetas sencillas que nos faciliten la vida. Así que espero se animen y preparen esta receta en casa.

If you want you can make these rolls with Arabic bread but I decided to make them with lettuce to reduce the amount of carbohydrates in dinner and it is a fairly easy recipe to make and delicious. Ingredientes: - 2 papas. - 3 huevos. - 1 lata de atún. - 1 cebolla. - un manojo de cilantro. - 2 cucharadas de mayonesa. - sal al gusto. - lechuga.

Vamos a comenzar por poner una olla con la papa cortada en mitad y los huevos. Vamos a dejar que esto se cocine bien a esto también le agregamos un poco de sal para que la papa tenga más sabor.

Ahora a esta ensalada le vamos a colocar un poco de mayonesa si tienes una cucharada de mostaza le quedaría muy bien. Y también agregamos un poco de sal y mezclamos todo muy bien y ya nuestra ensalada está lista como pueden ver es bastante fácil de preparar pero es muy deliciosa es ideal para preparar un sándwich, pero en este caso vamos a sustituir el pan por lechuga y hacer una cena mucho más saludable.

Vamos a lavar la lechuga y quitar un poco de la parte del medio que es dura y no nos va a permitir armar bien nuestro rollo. Una vez quitamos esto colocamos la ensalada en el medio de la hoja de lechuga y procedemos a enrolla la lechuga y ya en rollo está listo.
