Seguimos comiendo rico por acá, les cuento que por primera vez probé los pasteles andinos en mi viaje a Mérida y la verdad quedé bastante sorprendida en el buen sentido.
Les comentaba antes, que en todo el recorrido lo se que me antojaban eran solo cosas dulces, y por eso intentamos comer algo salado así que escogimos comer pasteles, en la laguna de Mucubaji. Aprovechamos entrar al restaurante para calentarnos un poco y vimos que entre la opciones tenían pasteles de carne y queso.
Yo elegí de carne, y noté que la masa es de los pasteles tradiciones que van frito y también que el relleno tenía un poco de arroz, me sorprendí pero la verdad es que sabían muy bien. Habían algunas salsas para agregar al pastel, así que también le coloqué un poco.
No comí mas de uno, aún faltaban muchas curvas para llegar a otro punto de nuestro destino, y quería evitar cualquier incidente 🤣🤣 lo que comí fue suficiente para recomendar estos pasteles 🤤🤤

We continue eating delicious food here, I tell you that for the first time I tried the Andean cakes on my trip to Merida and the truth is that I was quite surprised in a good way.
I told you before, that during the whole trip the only thing I was craving for were sweet things, so we tried to eat something salty, so we chose to eat cakes at the Mucubaji lagoon. We took the opportunity to go into the restaurant to warm up a bit and we saw that among the options they had meat and cheese pies.
I chose meat, and I noticed that the dough is from the traditional cakes that are fried and also that the filling had a little rice, I was surprised but the truth is that they tasted very good. There were some sauces to add to the pie, so I added some too.
I didn't eat more than one, there were still many curves to go to get to another point of our destination, and I wanted to avoid any incident 🤣🤣 what I ate was enough to recommend these cakes 🤤🤤.
The food and sweets experience in Merida was a 10/10 🤤❤️
