Hola amigos amantes de la cocina y la deliciosa comida 🤤
Comer rico es una obligación cada que hago un viajecito junto con @wbrandt aunque a veces se trata del asar 🤣 sobre todo en un lugar desconocido, en el que encontrar un lugar ideal para comer es un reto.
Tenía mucho tiempo sin ir a la montaña pero tenía claro que allí se comen las mejores cachapas del estado Lara. Así que desde que salimos de la casa tenía claro lo que quería almorzar.
En el pueblo hay innumerables puestos de comida local, entre los platillos que ofrecen hay cachapas con distintos contornos, como queso, cochino, carne, también ofrecen sopa y parrilla. ¿Cómo elegimos el lugar? Pues, hay algo muy importante, y es que no todos los puestos tienen baño y hay que ir hasta el estacionamiento para poder usar uno.
Así que elegimos el que sí tenía baño para evitar caminar, porque además estaba lloviznando cada momento. Nos sentamos y nos dimos cuenta de que había una promoción de 2 servicios de cachapas con queso de mano, y 2 bebidas por 5$ la verdad me pareció bastante accesible.
En unos 5 minutos las cachapas estuvieron listas, mi impresión de las cachapas es que eran grandes y estaban recién hechas. Cerca de nosotros, estaba una de las personas del local moliendo maíz para seguir con la preparación.
La presentación de la cachapa, venía con natilla y le dió un toque de sabor delicioso. Estaban calientitas y había que comer rápido (algo que particularmente a mi me cuesta 🤣) algo que no les dije es que todos los locales de comida son abiertos y lo que mantiene calientitos los lugares es que allí se encuentran sus cocinas.
Volviendo a la cachapa, estaba deliciosa 🤤 el maíz estaba súper suave y el queso fue el acompañante perfecto para ese día frío. Lo único que cambiaría es la bebida, me habría gustado un chocolate caliente pero no habían mucha opciones.
Ese día fuí por cachapas y comí cachapas deliciosas🤤 ¿Alguno del team chachapa con queso? Para mí vale la pena el viaje por comerlas en la montaña.

Eating rich is a must every time I make a little trip together with @wbrandt although sometimes it's about grilling 🤣 especially in an unknown place, where finding an ideal place to eat is a challenge.
I had a long time without going to the mountain but it was clear to me that there they eat the best cachapas in the state of Lara. So from the moment we left the house I knew what I wanted to have for lunch.
In the village there are countless local food stalls, among the dishes they offer are cachapas with different contours, such as cheese, pork, meat, soup and grill. How did we choose the place? Well, there is something very important, and that is that not all the stalls have bathrooms and you have to go to the parking lot to use one.
So we chose the one with a bathroom to avoid walking, because it was drizzling every moment. We sat down and noticed that there was a promotion of 2 services of cachapas with hand cheese, and 2 drinks for 5$ the truth seemed to me quite affordable.
In about 5 minutes the cachapas were ready, my impression of the cachapas was that they were big and freshly made. Near us, one of the local people was grinding corn to continue with the preparation.
The presentation of the cachapa came with custard and gave it a touch of delicious flavor. They were hot and you had to eat fast (something that is particularly difficult for me 🤣) something I didn't tell you is that all the food places are open and what keeps the places hot is that there are their kitchens there.
Back to the cachapa, it was delicious 🤤 the corn was super soft and the cheese was the perfect accompaniment for that cold day. The only thing I would change is the drink, I would have liked a hot chocolate but there weren't many options.
That day I went for cachapas and had delicious cachapas🤤 Anyone from team chachapa con queso? For me it's worth the trip to eat them in the mountains.
