Today i would like to share the recipe of Bhatura, Bhatura is Deep fry bread with leavened with sour Dough of All purpose flour(maida). It is Authentic Punjabi cuisine serving all over the India, It is famous delicacy easily available everywhere. Basically the bhatura is served with Chhola Masala (shared the recipe in last blog) Today i'm sharing the Instant fermatation of the Dough, which is quickest and easy Recipe. My whole family loves the Chhola bhatura, it is prepared in my House once in every 15 days. Every time i share the new way of making, try this recipe and let me know how was it.

Ingredients 📃
• 200 grams of Maida or All purpose Flour.
• 1 cup of curd.
• 1/2 tbsp of Salt.
• 1/2 tbsp of Sugar.
• water as required.
• oil for Frying.
Preparation 📃
firstly, in a large mixing bowl take maida(all purpose flour)
Add the Sour Curd.
Add the Eno or Baking Soda for instant Fermentation.
Add the Sugar n Salt.furthermore, add oil and rub with the flour.
start to knead dough, punch the dough well for atleast 5 minutes.
grease the dough with oil.
cover with moist cloth and rest for atleast 1 hour.
pinch the dough into medium sized balls, With the help of palm, flat the ball, sprinkle some dry Flour from the top.
With the rolling pin, roll the dough evenly into medium sized circles.
Heat the oil in the kadai, in the medium flame add the bhatura in a hot oil.
With the help of spoon, press from the Side, when it start puffing, flip the bhatura. fry the bhatura till golden brown all over.
Your Bhatura fluffy bhatura is ready to serve.
Serve the hot bhatura with the Chhola Masala.
