Saludos comunidad de Hive, hoy vengo con una deliciosa receta que les gustará mucho,se trata de unas exquisitas galletas de avena, maní y chocolate, unas crocantes galletas perfecta para tu paladar, no contiene muchos ingredientes y es una preparación muy rápida, los invito a disfrutar de mi receta sin perder más tiempo cocinamos.

Ingredientes-Ingredients

2 taza de avena molida, 3 cucharadas de mantequilla,1 taza de azúcar, 2 cucharadas de cacao en polvo, maní.

2 cup ground oats, 3 tablespoons butter,1 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, peanuts.

Preparación -Preparation

Paso1-Step1

Primer paso, tome un bol y añadí 3 cucharadas de mantequilla y 1 taza de azúcar y mezcle muy bien hasta tener una suave crema, luego añadí las 2 tazas de avena molida a la mezcla removí hasta incorporar.

First step, take a bowl and add 3 tablespoons of butter and 1 cup of sugar and mix very well until you have a smooth cream, then add the 2 cups of ground oats to the mixture and stir until incorporated.

Paso2-Step2

Segundo paso,agregué 2 cucharadas de cacao en polvo,y maní al gusto y mezcle.

Paso3-Step3

Tercer paso, luego pase a procesar la mezcla con mis manos,formando pequeñas bolitas y coloque en una bandeja con avena molida,y hornear por 20 min a fuego bajo.
