We got a food very similar to this, man. It's known as doner. I don't think it's the same meat on a skewer, but the cooking methods are the same. It looks delicious, bon appetit!

Oh really? Here at the top Sometimes they add pineapple, according to what is known, it is influenced by Arab food that blended here with Mexican food.
They make this with pork and many seasonings, hence the red color.
