Ingredientes:
250gr harina de leudante
150gr de mantequilla
2 huevos

Hello my dear hive friends, Happy and blessed day! I hope you are all very well, I'm passing by to share with you an invention of marbled cake that I saw in a video, and honestly it did not come out as I expected. It turned out rich, fluffy, but you can't see the chocolate at all, I think I failed with the amounts of cocoa haha.
Ingredients:
250gr leavening flour
150gr butter
2 eggs
A tablespoon of vanilla
One cup of liquid milk
40 gr cocoa powder
200 grams of sugar
For the preparation I started by integrating the butter with the sugar, then I added the eggs, vanilla, liquid milk, and finally, little by little, I integrated the leavening flour. I did it with the help of a whisk to make it easier to reach the consistency of the mixture. After I had it ready, I took a small part of the mixture, and added the 40 gr of cocoa (it was very little cocoa, do not use this amount) and beat it, this was according to me what was going to allow me to add the chocolate.
Then with the mold buttered, I added the cake mixture, and a little bit of chocolate, and so on, as in layers, so that it would be broken down. In other words, I alternated the portions, and that was it. The oven was previously preheated, it took about 45 minutes, and I had my cake ready. As I said, it was not as marbled as I thought it would be, however, it was very good in flavor and texture. If anyone has made this kind of cakes, leave me your tips in the comments, thank you.
With love Julli.
