Hive food 🍚🍛🍲 How are all the friends of the community? I hope you are very well. I am also well by the infinite grace of Allah Ta'ala. Today I will share with you a very important and wonderful recipe that you have never seen before. We are sharing with you the Beef Birani recipe that we prepared for about seven hundred people in our village and the people for whom we arranged these are very poor and underprivileged people.
🍛🍲 I will first tell you the ingredients that I used to prepare the recipe. They are given below:
~Pola rice 60 kg
~Beef 65 kg
~Ghee 8 liters
~Raw onion 20 kg
~Garlic paste 2 kg
~Ginger paste 2 kg
~Yogurt 5 kg
~Milk 4 liters
~Potato 8 kg
~Garlic powder 300 gms
~Jeera powder 300 gms
~Coriander powder 350 gms
~Chili powder 1.5 kgs
~Turmeric powder 250 gms
~Salt 3 kgs
~Rolled chili powder 250 gms
~Kewra water 300 mls
~Green chili 2 kgs
~Coriander and mint leaves 2 kgs (for aroma)
Finally, a generous amount of salad and sharbat. We made the sharbat with lemon and orange flavors. Since it was a big event, we had enough manpower and decorators.
How we arranged it so beautifully and the process of making the recipe 🍲🍛 is given below:
First, the rice for the Birani should be washed well, washed and soaked in water for 40-45 minutes. The beef should be washed and cut into pieces nicely. You should cut the onion into two parts, one part should be considered and the other part should be kept, we did that. We chopped the part that will float. We kept the rest separately. We should chop the ginger, garlic and other spices very well and take them. We chopped the coriander and mint leaves into small pieces. Then we started cooking the meat, we mixed the beef with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, coriander-cumin powder, garam masala, salt, chili powder and left it for at least 1-2 hours. For cooking the Birani, you have to fry the onion until it turns golden. Then mix everything together and grind it well. It will be better with bay leaves, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves etc. People should boil it for at least two to four hours. When the broth is low, it should be taken off. The rice cooking method should be done correctly, otherwise the biryani will not be good. For biryani rice to be good, it should be boiled. Heat water in a large pan and mix the necessary ingredients in it such as cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaves etc. Now the soaked rice should be half boiled. When the rice is boiled, the water cannot be kept again, so the water should be discarded. Then sprinkle some fried onions and ghee oil etc. on the bottom of the large pan. Then a layer of cooked meat and then rice is sprinkled again. Apart from this, the ingredients that are there should be well mixed. In this way, the meat and rice should be arranged in a star shape from top to bottom. Spread a little ghee and milk on top. Cover the mouth of the Birani pan well and cover it with a layer of flour around it so that the smell of the inside cannot come out. Then the Birani should be kept for 40 minutes. After that, you can serve it if you want and give it to everyone. In this way, we made the Birani very beautifully.
