San Valentín con los amigos y la familia
¡Feliz Fin de Semana Gentee! Solo paso a saludar y a compartir algunas fotos aesthetic que tomé esta semana mientras celebré el Día del Amor y la Amistad junto con mis mejores amigas y mis padres.
Siento que esta semana pasó volando y que San Valentín fue ayer, pero no quería dejar pasar la oportunidad de colocar estas fotografías de estos deliciosos postres de celebración que me comí esta semana y que quedaran de recuerdo en mi blog.
El primer postre fue una Marquesa de Fresas, ésta la pedí el mismo 14 cuando invité a mis papás a celebrar el día, siento que la foto no le hace justicia porque no se ve tan buena, pero ¡se los juro! que lo estaba, tenía la esponjosidad adecuada, el dulzor de las fresas en su punto y la crema chantilly estaba espectacular, en especial me gustó que se notaba que no era de la que venden envasada sino que estaba preparada en la propia pastelería del Súper Mercado Family Market en Playa el Ángel.
Esta la acompañé con un Mocaccino, porque, sí, quería chocolate, pero la marquesa se veía mejor y, por cierto, estaba tan bueno que empecé a tomarlo y no me di cuenta de que no le había tomado la fotografía, se la tomé después del primer sorbo y noten como aún conservaba el corazón que me hicieron por el día de San Valentín ¡Ay que bonito!
El segundo era una Ópera, siempre que venimos a esta otra pastelería pido una ópera, es de las mejores que he probado en la isla, es blandita, de un tamaño acorde, no tan amarga, ni tan dulce y, sobre todo, tiene mucho ¡con demasiado! chocolate, tal como me gusta, ésta la pedí el 15 que salí con 2 de mis mejores amigas para celebrar el día cuando salimos de trabajar.
Esta segunda la acompañé con un Capuccino que estaba ¡espectacular! además de que me gustó mucho la formita que le dieron a la espuma parecida a una de las mandalas que me gusta dibujar para relajarme. Amo el café con leche en casi todas sus formas, pero mi preferido siempre será el Capuccino y de verdad que esta pastelería se la rifa cada vez que vengo, es el Mastranto de la Avenida terranova.
Y así, entre postres, celebré el San Valentín de este año 2024 con 4 de las personas más importantes en mi vida, mis mejores amigas y mis mayores amores, mis padres, después de una semana difícil estas reuniones entre risas y cuentos sirvieron para recargarme de energía y recordar otra de las razones por las que debo estar agradecida en mi vida, por tenerlos a ellos conmigo otro año más.
A ustedes espero que hayan pasado un bonito San Valentín, tal vez más saludable que el mío, pero también en compañía de quienes quieren.

Happy Weekend Peoplee! Just stopping by to say hello and share some aesthetic photos I took this week as I celebrated Love and Friendship Day with my best friends and my parents.
I feel like this week flew by and Valentine's Day was yesterday, but I didn't want to pass up the opportunity to post these pictures of these delicious celebratory desserts I ate this week and have them as a keepsake on my blog.
The first dessert was a Strawberry Marquise, I ordered it on the 14th when I invited my parents to celebrate the day, I feel that the photo does not do it justice because it does not look that good, but I swear! it was, it had the right fluffiness, the sweetness of the strawberries and the whipped cream was spectacular, I especially liked that I could tell it was not the one they sell packaged but was prepared in the pastry shop of the Super Mercado Family Market in Playa el Angel.
I accompanied this one with a Mocaccino, because, yes, I wanted chocolate, but the marquise looked better and, by the way, it was so good that I started to drink it and did not realize that I had not taken the picture, I took it after the first sip and notice how it still had the heart that I had made for Valentine's Day.
The second was an Opera, always when we come to this other pastry shop I ask for an opera, it is one of the best I have tasted on the island, it is soft, of a suitable size, not so bitter, not so sweet and, above all, it has a lot of chocolate, just as I like, I ordered this one on the 15th when I went out with 2 of my best friends to celebrate the day when we left work.
This second one I accompanied it with a Cappuccino that was spectacular! plus I really liked the shape they gave to the foam similar to one of the mandalas that I like to draw to relax. I love coffee with milk in almost all its forms, but my favorite will always be the Cappuccino, and this pastry shop really does it every time I come, it is the Mastranto on Terranova Avenue.
And so, between desserts, I celebrated Valentine's Day this year 2024 with 4 of the most important people in my life, my best friends and my greatest loves, my parents, after a difficult week these meetings between laughter and stories served to recharge me with energy and remember another of the reasons why I should be grateful in my life, for having them with me another year.
