









Una de las primeras cosas que me gusta hacer al momento de viajar, es buscar los lugares potenciales que me gustaría visitar. En esta oportunidad, tenia muchas ganas de conocer este café que se llama "Casa Juliet" en Providencia, Santiago🇨🇱, porque siempre me sale recomendado en IG y también varias influencers que sigo van usualmente para allá, así que yo también quería vivir la experiencia de estar allí. Cuando mis amigos y yo llegamos al lugar y nos hicieron pasar, quedé súper impresionada por lo hermoso que se veía todo. Es una casa antigua, de dos pisos, en donde cada habitación la convirtieron en un espacio para comer. Todo está decorado muy estilo "vintage" y eso me encantó. Como era casi mediodía, decidimos irnos por el desayuno, y pedimos el plato mas solicitado: huevos benedictinos. Son huevos pochados encima de tostadas hechas estilo foccacia con crema holandesa, jamón serrano y aguacate. Yo nunca había comido huevos de esa forma pero estaban deliciosos. En mi caso, decidí acompañarlos con una rica limonada de menta jengibre, es una de mis favoritas, y de postre, pedi una cheesecake de berries, la cual estaba muy suave, fresca y exquisita.
Lo único negativo es que el tiempo de espera fue como más de media hora, pero creo que valió la pena ya que toda la comida estaba divina, el lugar es realmente hermoso y la atención fue muy buena. Por eso le doy un 9/10.
Definitivamente, iría de nuevo y tomaría muchas más fotos de sus acogedores espacios.

One of the first things I like to do when traveling, is to look for potential places I would like to visit. In this opportunity, I really wanted to visit this cafe called "Casa Juliet" in Providencia, Santiago🇨🇱, because it is always recommended on IG and also several influencers that I follow usually go there, so I also wanted to live the experience of being there. When my friends and I arrived at the place and they showed us in, I was super impressed by how beautiful everything looked. It's an old, two-floors house, where every room is converted into a dining space. Everything is decorated in a very vintage style and I loved it. Since it was almost noon, we decided to go for breakfast, and ordered the most requested dish: eggs benedict. Since it was around 11:00, we decided to go for breakfast, and ordered the most requested dish: eggs benedict. They are poached eggs on toast made foccacia style with hollandaise cream, ham and avocado. They were delicious. In my case, I decided to accompany them with a delicious ginger mint lemonade, and for dessert, I ordered a berry cheesecake, which was very soft and delicious.
The only negative thing is that the waiting time was about half an hour, but I think it was worth it because all the food was divine, the place is really beautiful and the service was very good. That's why I give it a 9/10.
I would definitely go again and take many more pictures of their cozy spaces.
