This gourd usually gives good yield in our village with very little care.The water content of rice and pumpkin is usually very high.Not only for the taste,pumpkin is usually packed with nutrients.It contains several beneficial vitamins and minerals including vitamin C, calcium, phosphorus and magnesium, iron, potassium and zinc.It also boosts immunity due to added antioxidants.Above all as a wonderful vegetable.But cooking such vegetables and all these cooking skills motivates me above all today. Because I spent a lot of time with my mother since childhood.Mother gave me the opportunity to acquire various cooking skills.Above all such cooking skills when it comes to expressing,Just then I remembered my mother. Here first I put the curry in the oven. Then I added the ingredients of onion and green chillies after the curry is hot.Next I added 90 grams of soybean oil.After that, I fried the cumin seeds along with salt, green pepper,garlic and bay leaves.Then I gave 100 grams of hog-plum.
After mixing all the ingredients well, add 120 ml of water.
Here I have added quantity of garam masala again by mixing well.
