Hello I wish you all good health.See we are at the end of November and still after the month of December we are experiencing the new plan of 2025. Wishing you a wonderful day in November.Today I'm joining the #hivefood community as part of the Hive family.Today I bring you a great in-the-moment pumpkin recipe tutorial.But today here I will add light hog-plum.The mild hog-plum pumpkin combination makes a great vegetable recipe.But here we are following the Eid of vegetable love

We commonly know this fruit as Hog Plum by English name but it is a medium sized deciduous tree.Its scientific name is Spondias pinnaata Kurz. In Bangladesh,this vegetable is commonly known as Chalkumra or Jalikumra.But its scientific name Benincasa hispida is well known to the world.

This gourd usually gives good yield in our village with very little care.The water content of rice and pumpkin is usually very high.Not only for the taste,pumpkin is usually packed with nutrients.It contains several beneficial vitamins and minerals including vitamin C, calcium, phosphorus and magnesium, iron, potassium and zinc.It also boosts immunity due to added antioxidants.Above all as a wonderful vegetable.But cooking such vegetables and all these cooking skills motivates me above all today. Because I spent a lot of time with my mother since childhood.Mother gave me the opportunity to acquire various cooking skills.Above all such cooking skills when it comes to expressing,Just then I remembered my mother. But it is very sad for me because mother left me alone. But I follow my mother's teachings and keep her alive in me always. May my mother's soul rest in peace.

Equipment:-

100 grams of hog-plum
Pumpkin is 1 kg
Like bay leaves
Chilli 8/10 pitch
Onion 120 grams
80 grams of garlic
Soybean oil 90 grams
Salt in moderation
Amount of cumin
The amount of yellow
120 ml of water
Powdered spices in quantity

First of all I have shown here a selfie with pumpkin green vegetables.

Next we will peel the onions well. Next we will pick up the hog-plum with a knife.Then carefully peel the pumpkin with a knife.Shown here is a selfie with the touched pumpkin.

After that I washed all the materials thoroughly with clean water.Then we combine all the ingredients in a plate.I carefully peeled the hog-plum.After that, I cut the onions, green chillies and garlic into nice size.

Here I have cut the water gourds lengthwise.After cutting lengthwise, cut all the pumpkins into cubes

Here first I put the curry in the oven. Then I added the ingredients of onion and green chillies after the curry is hot.Next I added 90 grams of soybean oil.After that, I fried the cumin seeds along with salt, green pepper,garlic and bay leaves.Then I gave 100 grams of hog-plum.

After mixing all the ingredients well, add 120 ml of water.

Here I have added quantity of garam masala again by mixing well.

After that I pushed the gourds into the wok after mixing them well. Showed a selfie and then kept it for 10 minutes with the lid on. Again keep it for five minutes with light heat. Next we can see our vegetable curry recipe is done.You can complete this wonderful recipe by following all these steps.After all, culinary skills contribute significantly to the family as a man and. Makes the new cooking taste more incomparable.
