English Version
Dining a rich cachapa with guayanese cheese, yellow cheese and ham.
Hello friends of the @hivefood community, I hope you are having an incredible day, full of health and prosperity. I'm not feeling very well here, I've had a little flu-like discomfort, with a lot of pain in the body and nasal congestion, however I've already started to treat myself to eliminate this virus.
As I have been feeling bad, I did not feel like making dinner, I decided with my husband and daughter to buy cachapas from a man who has his sale of cachapas in his house, I always buy from him because they are really very good, he makes them very natural with corn shelled from the cob, that you see him shelling the corn yourself, so I dare to say that they are natural, without adding any flour, for that reason I do not change it for another sale of cachapas, he is also very attentive.
He sells a combo of two cachapas for one dollar, so I bought three combos for three dollars. My daughter loves it, she dreams about those cachapas, the three of us love to eat them.
Once I picked up my cachapas I came on my way home and stopped at La Pollera supermarket, which is very close to my house, to buy guayanés cheese, yellow cheese and leg ham, to eat them with these three ingredients, adding margarine that gives them a little moisture that makes them feel divine when you taste them.
They were certainly delicious, we accompanied them with a drink also bought at the pollera, such as Pepsi cola.
So far has been my post, I hope you like it for those who read me, I leave some pictures taken at home at the time I put the filling, we continue reading and writing through this medium, bye...bye...bye...bye... until a new opportunity.
