Hello friends, how are you all? I hope all of you are well by the grace of God, I am also very well in your prayers. Today I will share with you one of my favorite items to cook. And please comment how my cooking turned out from start to finish.
Friends, today I will share with you how to cook chicken. First I finely cut the chicken and fry it in hot oil. Because the chicken meat is a bit soft. And if it is fried in oil for a while it becomes very hard. And eating it takes a lot of testing. So I fried the meats first and fried them in a pot and shared it with you.
After that, my friends chopped onion, pepper and ginger garlic and started cooking it on top of oil. Basically, this process is very important because if you don't fry the onion and chili properly, the cooking fun will not come. And there is a certain amount that cannot be fried more than that. So I carefully stir the onions and chillies and start cooking. And when it turns red I will go to the next step.
Friends, you can see here I am mixing onions, peppers, meat and potatoes together. And I will give all the spices needed to cook the meat in this step. Because now I will mix all kinds of spices between the meat and potatoes by stirring. And this step is very important because I will finish stirring and add water in a moment. I moved like this for at least five to seven minutes.
I added water as needed after stirring and grinding the meat and onion. And I will cover the meat with this water for at least 20 to 25 minutes and after that the cooking will be done. You can see that I have given the amount of water here.
Friends after 20 to 25 minutes I finish cooking the meat. And you can see the color of the flesh is very good here. And I couldn't resist its temptation and took some meat on my plate for food and it was very delicious to eat. And its color is very beautiful. Guys, this is how I sometimes cook chicken and beef. And I love to cook, the taste and smell of today's cooking are perfect.
