I took out many pictures today , to show tye entire cooking process. The dish made up to my lunch menu for today. As I was looking for some sizzling spicy item, a lot of spices were used in cooking. However, the main ingredient used were.

  • 2 Boiled potatoes
  • 1 cup of fresh curd
  • oil to cook
  • Chopped onion (1 in my case)
  • Garlic & Ginger (we can make use of paste too)
  • Indian spices (coriander, turmeric, Garam masala etc)
  • Salt to taste

I peeled the boiled potatoes and cut it into small pieces. I added few pinch of salt and chilli powder and made it to fry on a low steam on my induction stove. I am not habitual to cooking gas and find it easy cooking on induction.
