Hello guys. Hope you are all well. After a long time I have come to this community with a very healthy food. I made this raita in my own way and I often make it in the morning or afternoon because it is very beneficial for your digestive system, apart from that it is also very useful for losing weight. Let's make it step by step.

- Mint
- Green Chilli

Let's Make it...
First I took fresh mint which I grow at home. I often use this fresh mint in my recipes especially for making raita which is very useful. After removing all the mint leaves, wash them well.
Now I took three small green chillies and put them both together in a grinder machine and added a little water so that the mixture is well prepared.
Now I took about 10 tablespoons of yogurt and added the mint and chilli mixture to it and mixed it well. Then I added 1/3 tablespoon of salt and mixed it well and put some mint leaves. I like the color of it very much like the color of a mint margarita.
I would like to mention @fmbs25 here because she makes healthy recipes to reduce her weight and I would recommend this raita to her which is very beneficial for weight loss and also keeps your digestive system healthy. I make it two to three times a week and it tastes very delicious. It is very easy to make and it is ready in a very short time.
