Greetings dear readers and cooking lovers, as always a pleasure to be here with you again. Today I would like to share an invention I made for dinner several nights ago and it is about some delicious pancakes with cachapa flavor. This idea came up, because at home we wanted to eat something different for dinner and my mom really likes the way I make pancakes, so I decided to make some; however, I wanted to give them a different taste and checking in the pantry, I saw that there was still the cachapa mix from P.A.N. (which I did a post testing this product) and I came up with the idea of giving it that different touch with this rich mix for cachapas.
So without further ado, let me show you how to prepare these delicious pancakes.

Preparación/ Preparation
We start by placing in a bowl the flour with the baking powder, add the sugar, salt, the two eggs and a tablespoon of butter. Then in the blender, we add two glasses of water and three tablespoons of milk in order to beat it and have the liquid milk.
After this, we will add the liquid milk slowly to the ingredients we have in the bowl and start whisking. I particularly like to beat it by hand and not in the blender or mixer, but you can do it as it is more practical for you.

Once we have integrated these ingredients, we are going to add 1 and a half cups of the cachapa mix and continue adding liquid milk until we obtain a homogeneous mixture, that is to say, that it has a texture that is neither too liquid nor too thick.
We proceed to heat our frying pan with a high flame. When it is hot, lower the flame and with a napkin dampened with oil, wet the pan to prevent the pancakes from sticking.
With a ladle, we take a little of the mixture and place it in the pan giving it a round shape, we wait for some bubbles to appear and that is where we will flip it and let it cook for about 3 minutes and remove it from the pan.

Repeat the same procedure to make the rest and we will have our pancakes ready to eat. For the filling I added cheese, a few pieces of mortadella and a touch of honey. You can fill them as you like and enjoy a delicious dinner.
They were very tasty, spongy and cachapa-flavored. Everyone in the house liked this combination and we had a different and nice dinner.

I hope you can experiment with this recipe and that you liked it. I bid you a fond farewell, until a future post.
