Hola Hivers ¿cómo se encuentran? Nos encontramos nuevamente por aquí en un nuevo post visitando un pequeño sitio de postres ubicado en San Juan de los Morros, que desde el primer día que pise estas tierras, me recomendaron ir. Si hay algo que me gusta en el día a día, es degustar algún postre pequeño, y partir de ahora ya tengo mi sitio preferido.

Hello Hivers, how are you? We find ourselves here again in a new post visiting a small dessert place located in San Juan de los Morros, which from the first day I set foot on these lands, I was recommended to go. If there is something I like on a daily basis, it is to taste a small dessert, and from now on I already have my favorite place.

El sitio que visite en esta ocasión, se llama CandyDonuts. Ya el nombre describe mucho su especialidad, pero además de vender donas tienen muchos otros postres como Cannolli, churros, milhojas, trufas, etc... Pero este día, junto con mis amigos, ya veníamos decididos que íbamos a pedir.

The site I visited on this occasion is called CandyDonuts. The name already describes their specialty a lot, but in addition to selling donuts they have many other desserts such as Cannolli, churros, millefeuille, truffles, etc... But this day, together with my friends, we had already decided what we were going to order.

Luego de un rato viendo el estante de postres, nos decidimos primero por sus 2 especiales, mis compañeros pidieron donas, entre todos una bandeja de churros y aparte para mí, uno de mis postres favoritos, un delicioso cannoli.

After a while looking at the dessert shelf, we decided first on their 2 specials, my companions ordered donuts, a tray of churros together, and separately for me, one of my favorite desserts, a delicious cannoli.

Los churros, una locura, no recuerdo exactamente cuantos trae la bandeja, pero la cantidad es más que considerable, sobre todo porque incluye bastante sirope de chocolate negro y blanco, arequipe o también conocido como dulce de leche y azúcar. Puedo decir fácilmente que estaban en su punto, calientes, crujientes y la cantidad de chocolate hace que rinda fácilmente para 3 personas o 2 en caso de que les guste mucho el dulce.

The churros, crazy, I don't remember exactly how many are on the tray, but the quantity is more than considerable, especially because it includes a lot of dark and white chocolate syrup, arequipe or also known as dulce de leche and sugar. I can easily say that they were just right, hot, crunchy and the amount of chocolate makes it easily enough for 3 people or 2 in case they really like sweets.

Las donas superbuenas, en este caso pedimos donas rellenas de chocolate blanco y fácilmente al morder se desbordaba el chocolate. Aunque también me di cuenta de que si tardas en comerla, dependiendo de la posición en la que lo pongas, se le sale el chocolate y se vacía un poco.

The donuts were super good, in this case we ordered donuts filled with white chocolate and the chocolate easily overflowed when bitten. Although I also realized that if you take too long to eat it, depending on the position you put it in, the chocolate comes out and it becomes a little empty.

Y ahora mi parte favorita, el cannoli, que cuando lo vi por primera vez y hoy en día es mi postre preferido. Una masa suave pero a la vez crujiente, relleno de una rica crema pastelera y cubiertos de chocolate blanco. También había relleno de arequipe, pero decidí irme por el tradicional.

And now my favorite part, the cannoli, which when I first saw it and today is my favorite dessert. A soft but at the same time crunchy dough, filled with a rich pastry cream and covered in white chocolate. There was also arequipe filling, but I decided to go for the traditional one.
