Oh these look delicious. I have had many Indian friends over the years and when they have vegetarian food that is how it should be. Whenever I cook a vegetarian dish it is an Indian one I have been shown!

        Thankyou so much. Vert true 👍 the veggies specially prepared on this occasion is just outstanding. All are given a chance to show their cooking talent. I suggest iif you have a south Indian Kerala friend, he or she would know about this festival and the food.
