Ever since moving back to Southern California, my lady and I have been meeting up with our close circle of friends on a bi-monthly basis.
Every other month, we would select a different location, cycling between the cities where each of the couples live. We would get a reservation at a favorite restaurant or a place that we are excited to try out.
Last weekend, we met up at a fancy restaurant in Santa Clarita, CA, where two of our friends live. The name of the restaurant? Teagan's Enchanted Tea Room & Garden.

Teagan's is located off Main Street, in the heart of Newhall, a community in Santa Clarita, CA. In case you didn't know, Santa Clarita is north of Los Angeles, and south of Valencia. (where Six Flags Magic Mountain is for all you theme park fanatics out there!)
I am seldom in this area so I had to double check using Google Maps just to be sure I am not talking nonsense!
Shortly after everyone had arrived and after we were seated at our table, we immediately ordered our drinks. They all ordered various types of tea. I ordered black coffee. I apologized for being the odd one out but they were all cool with it!!
A few minutes after reading the menu, our server took the rest of our orders.
I had myself a breakfast wrap, which pretty much looked like a breakfast burrito that my lady had ordered for herself.
What's different about this group this time around is that we had special guests join us! They are a couple who recently got married in mid-March and just returned from their honeymoon.
We were just at their wedding not too long ago and we were all excited to see them again!
If you had read my #introduceyourself post, you would know that I used to work at a very prestigious, internationally known theme park. This is where I met most of these people.
I wasn't particularly close with them at first. We were just co-workers. Friends that I get to hang out with while at work.
My lady was the one who was really close with the other females in this group and I was just someone they worked with.
Over time, our friendship developed more and more. The former single ladies eventually found their partners, too, and guess what! They currently work at the same place the original crew met for the first time - The Happiest Place on Earth!
These are friends for keeps!
I'm blessed to have them in my life!
