Eating is like a hobby for me . I am a very much foody person and I love to eat a lot. Food is most important thing for us to survive. Without food, we can not survive so long. Food give us nutrition and energy and also help us to doing our daily work .
Food is not as important for survive but food with different types with delicious taste is also important for people, specially for me . I love to eat different types of food with delicious taste.
Here are some amazing delicious tasty food that I eat with my friends and family in my weekend. The taste of those food is amazing to eat .
As a people of Bangladesh, our country is famous for different types of popular food items. Different places/ district of Bangladesh popular for their own food item such as Bogura district is famous for making delicious yogurt etc .
Everyone eat food on daily basis and we all have the way and manner we eat our food. Before now, a lot of people have the type of food that are not good for their health but Most people with responsible food diet don't try that again. Because the cost of food stuff in the market is too high and people are beginning to adjust what they eat.
As a foody person, I love to eat different types of delicious tasty food item but also i am not a healthy food diet person. I love to eat junk food, i know that is not good for health but i can not control myself.
Healthy food is most important for our body . Our body mechanisms depends on what types of food we eat. We all know that health is wealth.
But i am on a mission to control my food diet and try to always eat healthy food for healthy body .
In conclusion, it is important to note that we need to eat healthy food item not just for taste but also for maintaining a healthy diet for health and always try to avoid junk food item . Eating food is most important for survive.
We all know that Survival of the fittest. Those who refuse to eat food because is not balance diet end up not eating at all because there may not be any left over.
I believe that quality food is better than quantity food.
