Eating habits has a very big effect in our lives, it is a conscious repetitive behavior which lead people to consume and use certain food or diets. Changing eating habits is very hard, we may have had a certain eating habits for so long that we do not realize they are unhealthy. It can come out as a negative or positive effect to us if we are under a eating habit for a very long period of time.
For me l'm the type that likes eating quality and quantity food, no matter how small the food may be l really don't care so far it has quality and nutrients in it. Then l love large quantity food, because there's nothing like eating as much as you like and getting satisfied at the end of the day. l would like to share my experience on how my eating habits affected me negatively.
In the house l grew up we actually don't have an eating pattern most of the times we usually have dinner in the midnight. So l just eat anytime food is available or when l'm hungry but before the food gets ready l will go out to buy snacks and eat because l couldn't wait any longer for the food. That was how this became an habit till when l became a youth l always eat snacks before or after eating food and l like eating in the midnight.
Due to this my pattern of eating late l started having belly fat, bloating most of the times it causes constipation the next morning it wasn't nice for me at all, as l was not really comfortable with it l was limited to a certain type of clothes due to my big tummy. So the solution was for me to stop eating late night foods and snacks but l was finding it difficult to change it was an habit l couldn't stop. Until l had to practice commitment and consistency in order to change the habit and now l'm really seeing improvement in it.
We all should try to have a good eating habit because we are what we eat so we shouldn't practice a cheap or fake lifestyle in order to please anybody, no matter how flashy we get if we don't eat well it still show in our body.
