A Light and Tasty Dish
Homemade food is known to be one of the most delicious and I personally enjoy it when I have the opportunity to prepare my own dishes, as cooking is a fascinating activity, which allows me to relax and at the same time distract myself, but all this while at the same time putting my creativity to the test, as getting flavours, colours and textures to combine to perfection could be considered a real art.

Un Platillo Ligero y Sabroso
La comida casera se destaca por ser de las más deliciosas y en lo personal disfruto mucho cuando tengo la oportunidad de preparar mis propios platos, puesto que cocinar me resulta en una actividad fascinante, la cual me permite relajarme y al mismo tiempo distraerme, pero todo esto mientras que en paralelo voy poniendo a prueba mi creatividad, ya que lograr que sabores, colores y texturas combinen a la perfección podría considerarse como un verdadero arte.
I usually cook for my family, I like to invent new things and at the same time I enjoy adding that particular touch to those dishes that perhaps we could consider as boring and traditional, that's how a rice with ground beef and salad at first sounds so attractive, but with a touch of love, good seasoning, some pepper, thyme and celery this becomes a transcendental experience. I like to dress salads in the traditional way, adding salt, vinegar and oil, but on this occasion a little orange juice and a few drops of soy sauce are the ideal complement that adds freshness and an incredible flavour to a crisp and fresh salad.
Suelo cocinar para mi familia, me gusta inventar cosas nuevas y al mismo tiempo disfruto agregándole ese toque particular a aquellos platos que tal vez pudiéramos considerar como aburridos y tradicionales, es así como un arroz con carne molida y ensalada en un principio nos suenan tan atractivos, pero con un toque de amor, buena sazón, algo de pimienta, tomillo y apio esto se convierte en una experiencia trascendental. Las ensaladas me gustan aderezarlas de la manera tradicional, agregándole sal, vinagre y aceite, pero en esta ocasión un poquito de jugo de naranja y unas gotas de salsa de soya son el complemento ideal que le aporta frescura y un increíble sabor a una ensalada crocante y fresca.
I enjoy cooking, writing and taking pictures, those are simple pleasures, but they fill me with a lot of satisfaction, although I must admit that the best of all is when the work is finished and it's time to taste the preparation, that's when my mind goes blank and little by little I have a lot of fun with today's home, finding those hidden touches that I have placed and at the same time thinking about future innovations that I will undoubtedly apply to future dishes.
Disfruto cocinar, escribir y tomar fotografías, esos son placeres sencillos, pero que me llenan de mucha satisfacción, aunque debo reconocer que lo mejor de todo es cuando finaliza el trabajo y comienza tiempo de degustar esa preparación realizada, es allí cuando mi mente se pone en blanco y poco a poco muy divirtiéndome con casa hoy, encontrando esos toques ocultos que he colocado y al mismo tiempo pensando en próximas innovaciones que sin duda alguna aplicaré para futuros platos.
All this could not happen without the valuable company of a natural juice, that is why I decided to choose the only fruits I had in the fridge and the choice could not have been more successful, since it was a milky that was well ripe and which had an incredible natural sweetness, plus a very peculiar flavor, Therefore it didn't require much sugar and I didn't add much water, the idea was to have a refreshing, delicious and a little bit thick juice, so that everything would fall very well in the stomach and you could completely satisfy a fierce hunger that by that time I already had.
Todo esto no podía pasar sin la valiosa compañía de un jugo natural, es por esta razón que decidí escoger las únicas frutas que tenía en la nevera y la elección no pudo ser más acertada, ya que se trataba de una lechosa que estaba bien madura y la cual tenía un dulce natural increíble, además de un sabor muy peculiar, por lo tanto no requirió de mucha azúcar y tampoco le coloqué tanta cantidad de agua, la idea era tener un jugo refrescante, delicioso y un poquito espeso, para que de esta forma todo cayera muy bien en el estómago y lograrás saciar por completo un hambre feroz que para ese momento ya tenía.
