โอ้โห แค่ชื่อก็สัมผัสได้ถึงความอลังการแล้วใช่ไหมล่ะครับ? Big Mount! ภูเขาลูกใหญ่! ครัวภาคกลาง! กลางเขาใหญ่! ฟังดูเหมือนการผจญภัยในดินแดนมหัศจรรย์เลยใช่ไหมครับ? และบอกเลยว่าของจริงยิ่งกว่าในจินตนาการอีกครับ!
ขับรถขึ้นเขาใหญ่มาแบบชิลล์ๆ สูดอากาศบริสุทธิ์ให้ปอดได้ฟอกหน่อย พอมาถึงร้าน Big Mount เท่านั้นแหละครับ... ว้าว! บรรยากาศดีสุดๆ ไปเลยครับทุกคน! ร้านตั้งอยู่ท่ามกลางธรรมชาติ มองไปทางไหนก็เห็นแต่ต้นไม้เขียวขจี สดชื่นสบายตามากๆ ครับ เหมือนหลุดเข้าไปในอีกโลกหนึ่งเลย!
แต่ที่ทำให้ผมตื่นเต้นจนแทบจะกระโดดตัวลอยก็คือ... อาหารครับ! เมนูของที่นี่เป็นอาหารไทยภาคกลางแบบที่เราคุ้นเคย แต่ขอบอกเลยว่ารสชาติมัน... สุดยอด! เชฟที่นี่คงมีเคล็ดลับอะไรบางอย่างที่ทำให้ทุกจานอร่อยจนหยุดไม่ได้!
เริ่มกันที่เมนูเรียกน้ำย่อยก่อนเลยครับ ผมสั่ง "กระทงทอง" มาลอง โอ้โห! น่ารักน่าทานมากๆ ครับ ตัวกระทงกรอบนอกนุ่มใน ไส้ก็รสชาติกลมกล่อม หอมเครื่องเทศ กินแล้วเพลินจนอยากจะสั่งมาอีกสักสิบกระทง!
ต่อด้วยเมนูพระเอกของเราในวันนี้ครับ "แกงเขียวหวานไก่" เสิร์ฟมาร้อนๆ กลิ่นหอมของกะทิและเครื่องแกงนี่เตะจมูกจนน้ำลายสอเลยครับทุกคน! พอลองชิมเข้าไปคำแรกเท่านั้นแหละ... แสงออกปาก! รสชาติเข้มข้น จัดจ้านถึงเครื่องแกง เนื้อไก่นุ่มละมุนลิ้น กินกับข้าวสวยร้อนๆ นี่มันสวรรค์ชัดๆ!
ยังไม่หมดแค่นี้นะครับ ผมยังสั่ง "ปลาทูทอดน้ำปลา" มาอีกจาน บอกเลยว่าปลาทูสดมาก ทอดมากรอบนอกนุ่มใน ราดด้วยน้ำปลาปรุงรสหวานเค็มกลมกล่อม กินกับน้ำจิ้มซีฟู้ดรสแซ่บ... ฟิน! จนลืมไปเลยว่ากำลังลดน้ำหนักอยู่! (ฮ่าๆๆ)
นอกจากอาหารจะอร่อยแล้ว การตกแต่งร้านก็สวยงามมากๆ ครับ มีมุมให้ถ่ายรูปเยอะแยะเลย ใครที่ชอบถ่ายรูปรับรองว่าถูกใจแน่นอนครับ แถมพนักงานที่นี่ก็น่ารัก บริการดี ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส ทำให้รู้สึกอบอุ่นเหมือนมาทานข้าวบ้านเพื่อนเลยครับ!
สรุปเลยนะครับทุกคน! ถ้าใครมีโอกาสได้มาเที่ยวเขาใหญ่ ห้ามพลาดร้าน Big Mount ครัวภาคกลาง กลางเขาใหญ่ เด็ดขาด! ไม่ว่าจะเป็นรสชาติอาหาร บรรยากาศร้าน หรือการบริการ ทุกอย่างคือดีงามลงตัวไปหมด! รับรองว่ามาแล้วจะต้องติดใจ อยากกลับมาอีกแน่นอนครับ!

Today, I'm taking you all on an adventure to a hidden gem, or maybe not so hidden but absolutely amazing spot in Khao Yai! Get ready because this trip will take us to experience the authentic flavors of Central Thai cuisine at Big Mount ครัวภาคกลาง กลางเขาใหญ่ (Big Mount Central Thai Cuisine in the Middle of Khao Yai)!
Wow, even the name sounds grand, right? Big Mount! Central Thai Cuisine! In the Middle of Khao Yai! It sounds like an adventure in a wonderland, doesn't it? And let me tell you, the reality is even better than your imagination!
Driving up to Khao Yai was so relaxing, breathing in the fresh air. And when we arrived at Big Mount... Wow! The atmosphere was absolutely fantastic, everyone! The restaurant is nestled amidst nature, surrounded by lush greenery wherever you look. It's so refreshing and peaceful, like stepping into another world!
But what made me so excited I could practically jump for joy was... the food! The menu here features familiar Central Thai dishes, but let me tell you, the flavors are... incredible! The chef must have some secret ingredient that makes every dish so delicious you can't stop eating!
Let's start with the appetizers. I ordered "Krathong Thong" (Golden Cups) to try. Oh my goodness! They were so cute and appetizing! The cups were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the filling was perfectly balanced and fragrant with spices. It was so enjoyable, I could have ordered ten more!
Next up was our star dish of the day: "Gaeng Keow Wan Gai" (Green Curry with Chicken). It was served piping hot, and the aroma of coconut milk and curry paste was so enticing it made my mouth water! The first bite... pure heaven! The flavor was rich, bold with spices, and the chicken was so tender. Eating it with hot steamed rice was simply divine!
But wait, there's more! I also ordered "Pla Too Tod Nam Pla" (Fried Mackerel with Fish Sauce). Let me tell you, the mackerel was so fresh, fried to a perfect crisp on the outside and tender on the inside, and drizzled with a sweet and savory fish sauce. Eating it with the spicy seafood dipping sauce... pure bliss! I almost forgot I was on a diet! (Haha!)
Besides the delicious food, the restaurant's decor is also beautiful. There are plenty of photo opportunities, so anyone who loves taking pictures will definitely be happy here. Plus, the staff are lovely, providing excellent service with warm smiles, making you feel right at home.
In conclusion, everyone! If you ever have the chance to visit Khao Yai, you absolutely must not miss Big Mount ครัวภาคกลาง กลางเขาใหญ่! Whether it's the taste of the food, the restaurant's atmosphere, or the service, everything is perfectly balanced and wonderful! I guarantee that once you come, you'll be hooked and want to come back again for sure!
