โอ้โห! แค่ได้ยินชื่อก็รู้สึกถึงความเฮง ความปังแล้วใช่ไหมล่ะครับ? "ข้าวต้มหลักเฮง" ที่เขาใหญ่นี่แหละครับทุกคน! ไม่ใช่แค่ร้านข้าวต้มธรรมดา แต่เป็นเหมือนโอเอซิสของคนหิวโหย ที่ต้องการความอร่อยแบบเร่งด่วน แถมบรรยากาศยังดีงาม ราคาก็น่ารักน่าคบสุดๆ
เขาใหญ่...ไม่ได้มีดีแค่ธรรมชาติ!
ก่อนจะไปเจาะลึกเรื่องข้าวต้ม ผมขอเท้าความถึงเสน่ห์ของ "เขาใหญ่" ซักหน่อยนะครับ ที่นี่ไม่ได้มีดีแค่ภูเขา ต้นไม้ และอากาศบริสุทธิ์เท่านั้นนะครับทุกคน แต่ยังมีร้านอาหารอร่อยๆ ซ่อนตัวอยู่เพียบ! และหนึ่งในนั้นก็คือ "ข้าวต้มหลักเฮง" ของเรานี่เอง!
เปิดเมนู...ความสุขก็มา!
มาถึงร้านปุ๊บ สิ่งแรกที่ตากลทำก็คือ...เปิดเมนูสิครับรออะไร! โอ้มายก๊อด! ละลานตาไปหมด! ข้าวต้มร้อนๆ หอมกรุ่น มีให้เลือกหลากหลายไส้ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นหมูสับ กุ้ง ปลา หรือจะรวมมิตรก็จัดมา! นอกจากข้าวต้มแล้ว เขายังมีเมนูอื่นๆ ที่น่าสนใจไม่แพ้กัน เช่น ผัดผักบุ้ง หมูกรอบ หรือจะเป็นเมนูทานเล่นก็มีให้เลือกเพียบ!

เอาล่ะครับ ได้เวลาที่ทุกคนรอคอย! ตากลสั่งข้าวต้มหมูสับมาลองก่อนเลยครับทุกคน! พอซดน้ำซุปร้อนๆ คำแรกเข้าไปเท่านั้นแหละครับ...โอ้โห! มันช่างกลมกล่อม หอมหวาน อร่อยจนแทบจะหยุดหายใจ! ข้าวก็เรียงเม็ดสวยงาม นุ่มกำลังดี หมูสับก็ให้มาแบบไม่หวงเครื่องเลยครับทุกคน! ฟินระดับสิบ!
ไม่ใช่แค่ข้าวต้ม...เมนูอื่นก็เริ่ด!
นอกจากข้าวต้มแล้ว ตากลยังสั่งเมนูเด็ดๆ อย่างอื่นมาลองด้วยครับ ไม่ว่าจะเป็น "หมูกรอบ" ที่ทอดมาได้กรอบนอกนุ่มใน เคี้ยวเพลินจนหยุดไม่ได้ หรือจะเป็น "ผัดผักบุ้ง" ที่ผัดมาได้รสชาติกลมกล่อม หอมกระเทียมเจียวสุดๆ! ทุกเมนูที่สั่งมาคือดีงามพระรามแปดจริงๆ ครับทุกคน!
บรรยากาศดีงาม...ถ่ายรูปปังๆ!
นอกจากอาหารอร่อยแล้ว บรรยากาศของร้าน "ข้าวต้มหลักเฮง" ก็ดีงามไม่แพ้กันนะครับทุกคน! ร้านตกแต่งแบบเรียบง่าย แต่ดูดี มีสไตล์ มุมถ่ายรูปก็เยอะแยะ ใครที่ชอบถ่ายรูปต้องห้ามพลาดเลยนะครับ! รับรองว่าได้รูปสวยๆ กลับไปอวดเพื่อนเพียบแน่นอน!
