Here is another suggestion for cucumbers, although this recipe is mostly cucumbers, in my experience, gazpacho was as much tomato as it was cucumber, and it was served cold, but cooked.

Ohhh that’s a good idea. I’m gonna keep that in mind for the future. I’ve definitely had cucumber gazpacho before, but I’ve certainly never made it. Thanks for the tip!
