The wild food cafe in islington had extended their 50 % off deal for another week (our government eat out to help out scheme). This mushroom salad I had was made with dehydrated mushrooms and homemade kimchi and was raw vegan. I took the recipe from their cook book for the salad dressing which was delicious and involved blending sunflower seeds, coconut cream, apple cider vinegar, salt and a slice of lemon. I also had a smoothie with he shou wu, which is a super powerful root that looks like a person! (google it) and raw chocolate cake.
