Hello Hivers, I hope you are having a happy Sunday, looking for what to prepare for lunch for the family, I looked in the fridge to see what it had, and I wanted to prepare a Chinese rice with mortadella, I just had to go out to buy the sprouts since I wanted the special and fresh touch that they bring, for the next opportunity if I plan ahead I put the beans to sprout at home, since the process is quite simple and they yield a lot.
Ingredientes:4 tazas de arroz blanco cocido
2 tallos de apio
1 rama de cebollín
1 zanahoria grande
200 gm de mortadela
Salsa soja al gusto
1 puño de germinados de frijoles
Sal al gusto
4 cups of cooked white rice
2 stalks of celery
1 branch of chives
1 large carrot
200 gm mortadella
Soy sauce to taste
1 handful of bean sprouts
Salt to taste
Paso a paso / Step by step
😊 First I cut the celery, carrot and chives diagonally and the mortadella into cubes.
😊 In a pan with hot oil I first sautéed the carrot as it is a bit tougher, and then I added the celery and chives.
😊 Then I added the mortadella and with a palette I integrated all the ingredients.
😊 After sautéing the carrot, chives, celery and mortadella, I added the rice and soy sauce and stirred all the ingredients so that the sauce was uniform.
😊 The sprouts I added just before turning off the stove to make them crisp.
