Hello my dear friends food lovers, today I would like to share with you an excellent experience of a magnificent dinner served at a ranchon we visited with our family a few days ago. The place was more than nice and with an exorbitant beauty, but the food was undoubtedly the best of all.

El sitio era más que agradable y con una belleza exorbitante, pero la comida era sin duda alguna lo mejor de todo.
We started by ordering a few beers and then some stuffed tostones for starters, which were wonderful, with bits of ham, cheese, mayonnaise and ketchup decorated with bits of garlic. They tasted amazing and their texture was crunchy, a mixture of delicious flavors.
Comenzamos pidiendo unas cervezas y de entrantes tostones rellenos, los cuales eran una maravilla, tenían trocitos de jamón, queso, mayonesa y ketchup decorados con pedacitos de ajo porro. Su sabor era impresionante y su textura crumuyjiente, toda una mezcla de sabores deliciosos.
After drinking a little and chatting we placed our order, some of us decided to order some pork skewers, which were very tasty, extremely soft and fluffy. They had an extraordinary touch of lemon and at the same time the roast flavor was perfect, they were interspersed with small pieces of chili that gave a peculiar touch, each portion had two skewers.
Luego de beber un poco y conversar hicimos el pedido, algunos nos decidimos por unas brochetas de carne de cerdo, las cuales estaban muy ricas, sumamente suaves y esponjosas. Tenían un punto de limón extraordinario y a su vez el sabor a asado era perfecto venían intercaladas con trocitos de ají que le daban un toque peculiar, cada ración traía dos brochetas.
Others decided to order pork steak, which I tried as well, hahaha. The steak was very good, although in my opinion a bit tougher than the skewers, but it was still a delight, browned and with a very rich flavor, the dish was decorated with mayonnaise which gave it a different flavor than usual.
Otros decidieron pedir bistec de cerdo, el cual probé también jjjj. El bistec estaba muy bueno, aunque a mi modo de ver un poquito más duro que las brochetas, pero igual era todo una delicia, dorado y con un sabor muy rico, el plato venía decorado con mayonesa lo cual le dio un sabor diferente a lo habitual.
The best part of the dinner was the dessert, without a doubt my favorite. I have a sweet tooth, it's something I can't avoid. The women ordered something called planchas, first time I heard that sweet and since I like to try different things I ordered it. This dessert is something indescribable, I could not explain in detail its flavor, in the middle it had a chocolate cream and at the ends it was like a very soft and spongy pancake that melts in your mouth.
La mejor parte de la cena fue el postre, sin duda alguna mi preferida. Soy amante de los dulces, es algo que no puedo evitar. Las mujeres pedimos algo llamado planchas, primera vez que escuchaba ese dulce y como me gusta probar cosas diferentes lo pedí. Este postre es algo indescriptible no sabría explicarles con detalles su sabor, en el medio tenía una crema con sabor chocolate y en los extremos era como un panquecito muy suave y esponjoso que se deshace en la boca.
The men ordered flan, they don't like to experiment much, although they said it was delicious too, with a smooth texture, soft and consistent at the same time. I tried it, but to my taste it lacked a little sugar.
Los hombres pidieron flan, a ellos no les gusta mucho experimentar, aunque dicen que estaba riquísimo también, con una textura lisa, suave y consistente a la vez. Yo lo probé, pero para mi gusto le faltaba un poco de azúcar.
