Omg. My sister would die if she learns that somebody in the US was able to cook pancit, while us here in PH struggled and wasn't able to cook over the weekend. Lol. She's been craving over the weekend, and we did not have the veggies available at home. Nobody wanted to go and buy the veggies and we ended up not having pancit at all. 😅🤣

You can make it with cabbage and carrots only,!LOL
I threw in all the veggies in my ref. Traditional Pansit is not too extensive, hehehe.
