I think that nature is very kind to us. We depend on nature even though we live in the era of capitalism, nature never disappoints you. That's why I always want everyone to realize that everyone should have a plant even if it's just one or have a small balcony with a mini garden.
One of my favorites and I feel very grateful is living in a place that is not far from the city center but has a large yard and is grown by our hydroponic vegetables, of course me and my husband. We have at least 2000 holes for hydroponics. This time I am very happy because it's harvest time.
Before all the vegetables are taken by the buyer, I usually have taken some for our needs. But this morning was very different, I had prepared burger buns last night and really wanted to have breakfast with it. Wow, I seem to really want a burger with smoked beef, especially with a cup of warm latte.
That morning, I had prepared the ingredients to make a burger;
- 2 pieces of burger buns with sesame seeds on top
- 2 pieces of smoked beef
- 1 tsp butter
- 2 eggs
- Lettuce from my garden
- Spring onions
- Spread cheese
- Chili and tomato sauce
From the ingredients above, I think you can imagine how this burger is made. There is no special recipe because making a burger only requires the right timing and preparation in using the ingredients.
For example, you have to toast the bread so that the bread feels warm and has a flaky or crispy sensation. In my opinion, crispy bread is the tastiest part of a burger.
Why does it have to be the burger bun first? So that it is not too oily, because after this I will add butter and then fry the omelet. Eggs that have been mixed with spring onions and also a little salt, if you want it to be spicier, add pepper.
After frying the eggs, the smoked beef also needs to be heated so that it tastes smoky. It's a good way to know that this burger is very delicious even though it is not too thick.
Arrange all the ingredients in the burger as usual. I like to put a lot of chili sauce because it tastes better and feels spicy. I like spicy especially on burgers, but not too much because it will be difficult to eat and assemble.
On my part, usually more lettuce while my husband has less. I like lettuce from our garden because it feels very crunchy when bitten on the first bite.
