Hello dear friends of this platform God bless you, my recipe that I am here to present today is grilled chicken breast with vegetables and steamed peppers and sage leaves, I added this leaf as sage helps reduce cholesterol bad and regulate the cholesterol level totally and also strengthens the bones and the immune system for this and many reasons it is good to use sage, I hope you like this recipe

Hola queridos amigos de esta plataforma Dios los bendiga, mi receta que les vengo a presentar hoy es pechuga de pollo a la plancha con vegetales y ajies al vapor y hojas de salvia, yo le agregue esta hoja ya que la salvia ayuda a reducir el colesterol malo y regular el nivel colesterol totalmente y tambien fortalece los huesos y el sistema inmunologico por esta y muchas razon es bueno usar salvia, espero les guste esta receta


1 chicken breast
3 sweet peppers
1 onion
¼ paprika
Black pepper
White pepper
Sweet paprika
Sage leaves (optional)


1 pechuga de pollo
3 ajies dulces
1 cebolla
¼ pimenton
Pimienta negra
Pimienta Blanca
Paprika dulce
Hojas de salvia (opcional)


For the steamed peppers, wash the peppers, add a pinch of oregano, a pinch of black pepper, and a drizzle of oil and put them in the evaporator for 15 minutes. Then clean the breast and add a pinch of black and white pepper, oregano, paprika and salt to taste, and in a hot pan we add a splash of oil and place the breast

Para los ajies al vapor, lave los ajíes le agregue una pizca de orégano una de pimienta negra y un chorrito de aceite y los colacamos en la evaporera por 15 minutos. Despues limpie la pechuga y le agregamos una pizca de pimienta negra y blanca, orégano, paprika y sal al gusto, y en una sartén caliente agregamos un chorrito de aceite y colocamos la pechuga


Then we cut the paprika, the onion and the sage leaves

Despues cortamos el pimentón, la cebolla y las hojas de salvia


Then in a hot pan we add a drop of oil and add the onion, paprika and the leaves, add a pinch of sweet paprika and oregano, salt to taste and cook for 6 minutes and remove from the heat

Despues en una sarten caliente agregamos una goticas de aceite y agregamos la cebolla, el pimenton y las hojas le agregamos una pizca de paprika dulce y orégano, sal al gusto y cocinamos por 6 minutos y retiramos del fuego


Then in a hot pan we add a splash of oil and brown the breast on both sides, then we add a little water and let it cook for about 10 or 15 minutes and remove from the heat when it is ready.

Despues en una sarten caliente agregamos un chorrito de aceite y doramos la pechuga por ambos lados, luego le agregamos un poquito de agua y dejamos cocinar por unos 10 o 15 minutos y retiramos del fuego cuando este lista


Then we place our breast, look how delicious it is

Despues emplatamos nuestra pechuga mira que rico queda
