•1 Potato
•1 Sayote
•¼ Slice of Cucumber
•Pork Belly
•1 Tomato
•2 Onions
•3 Cloves Garlic
+
•1 cup of water
•2 tbsp Olive Oil
•3 Pinch of Salt
•2 Pinch Magic Sarap
Preparation and Cooking Method:
• Slice the common condiments needed for sautéing into small pieces, these are the tomato, onion and garlic including pork belly.
• Wash the pork thoroughly and set them on pan. Pour 1 cup of water into the pan and boil the meat in medium fire until it absorbs all the water and meat becomes tender.
• Also don't forget to add 3 pinch of salt while boiling meat para magkaroon ng lasa yung karne.
• While waiting for meat to become tender, use your time to peel the potato and sayote then slice them into small strips. These cut are like french fries but here, cut the length into three to make smaller bites.
• When the water from meat were absorbed and evaporates, the fats of pork produces its own oil. But since its oil is not enough, I added 2 tbsp of olive oil in pan.
• Sauté the chopped rekados in the same pan. First add the garlic until golden brown in color, next add the onions until you smell their aroma, then sauté the tomato until it become juicy.
• Sauté the potato in pan and wait until 3 minutes before adding the sayote. Then add 2 pinch of Magic sarap for better taste.
• Add tiny slices of cucumber for more flavor and natural extract.
• Stir and wait until all ingredients become evenly tender.
