Cooking this dish is very easy. You just have to prepare all the ingredients and then combine them in a bowl. This dish is also very versatile if you can't buy Blue Scand Mackerel you can use Milk Fish and Tilapia as a substitute and the taste is the same. No matter whether you use Blue Scad Mackerel, Milk Fish, or Tilapia the soup is still delicious.
The preparation time for this dish is about five to ten minutes. And cooking time is about five to ten minutes.

- Blue Scad Mackerel (500 grams)
- Snow Cabbage (50 grams)
- Ginger (1 pc, small)
- Onion (2 pcs, small)
- White Vinegar (50 ml)

I just washed and sliced the snow cabbage in half

How to cook
1. I combined all the ingredients in a bowl except for the snow cabbage then I put 50 ml of vinegar
2. I added 150 ml of water
3. I put one teaspoon of salt, then I boiled them
4. When it started to boil I added all the snow cabbage and let them boil again
5. After the snow cabbage is cooked I turn off the heat
6. Put some in a bowl and serve hot
