A taste of Home made sauce

Hello food lovers 😘

I’m excited to share a simple and delicious homemade sauce I made recently, it’s delicious, hearty, and pairs perfectly with rice. Some might call it a vegetable sauce.

Ingredients I used:
Carrots (sliced)
Green beans (chopped)
Irish potatoes (diced)
Green pepper (diced)
A mix of meats (including liver and chicken)
Corn flour (used as a thickener)
Onions, seasoning cubes, curry, thyme, and a little oil.

How I made it:

  1. I started by boiling the meat with seasoning until tender.

  2. I stir-fried the diced veggies in a little oil, starting with the carrots and potatoes, followed by green beans and green pepper.

  3. I added the cooked meat into the mix and poured in the meat stock.

  4. To thicken the sauce slightly, I dissolved a spoon of corn flour in a little water and stirred it in.

  5. I let everything simmer on low heat so the flavors could blend beautifully.
I served it with plain white rice, and honestly, it was a hit.

Here’s what the final plate looked like:

Have you tried making this kind of sauce before?
