I am very happy to hear that you are already sprouting! From your pictures that you have shared I feel like you have enough sunny spaces indoors that making (or buying) a few trays of microgreens would really be worth your while. I bet you can find plenty of microgreens seeds in Europe too! Best of luck to you in your kitchen garden!
