Today I bring you some delicious empanadas that I made for dinner; since every time we can we make empanadas for dinner, almost always once a week.
Tonight I decided to make them with chicken and cheese and the ingredients I used to cook the chicken were the following:

Paso/Step 1
The first step is to sauté the breast and then, once it is cold, shred it.
Paso/Step 2
Then we take the seasonings (onion, paprika and garlic) and cut them into small squares; then we take a pan and add a little oil to sauté, add color and seasoning and let it cook for about 5 minutes.
Paso/Step 3
After this time we add the shredded chicken and a little water from the same chicken we sautéed, let it cook for a few minutes and set aside until it cools down.

We place on the counter everything we are going to use, including the ready dough (water, oil, plastic wrap, shredded chicken, grated cheese and the round container to shape our empanadas).
Paso/Step 5
I particularly roll out the dough to make two empanadas at a time, it is my most practical way to finish faster, I put the filling preferably one of each flavor and close the plastic.
Paso/Step 6
Then with the help of the plastic container I press the dough to give it the shape, remove the excess and it is ready to fry.
Y por último las llevamos a freír en abundante aceite bien caliente.
Finally, we fry them in abundant hot oil.
Y así de apetitosa quedaron nuestras empanadas el día de hoy; las cuales acompañamos con una gaseosa.
