Hello to all @foodiesbeehive friends and foodies, you are all welcome to my blog.
I N G R E D I E N T E S / I N G R E D I E N T E S
° 1/2 kilo de alitas
° 1 pimentón rojo mediano
° 1 pimentón verde mediano
° 1 zanahoria mediana
° 1/4 de repollo
° 1 calabacín grande
° 1 cabeza de ajo
° 1 ramito de perejil
° 1/2 taza de agua
° 1 cucharada de maizina
° 1/2 kilo of wings
° 1 medium red bell pepper
° 1 medium green bell pepper
° 1 medium carrot
° 1/4 cabbage
° 1 large zucchini
° 1 head of garlic
° 1 sprig of parsley
° 1/2 cup water
° 1 tablespoon of corn
Paso/Step 1
Add seasoning to the wings, mix and set aside.
Paso/Step 2
Dice onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, zucchini and cabbage in strips.
Paso/Step 3
Add the wings and stir over low heat for about 15 minutes so that they do not burn.
Paso/Step 4
Remove the wings and set aside.
Paso/Step 5
In the same pan fry the onion until it crystallizes and add the crushed garlic and then add it to the wings (this step can also be done in separate pans).
Paso/Step 6
Then let the carrot fry first for a little longer because it is a hard tuber, then add the red bell pepper, green bell pepper, zucchini and cabbage until everything is well cooked, let it cook for about 5 minutes over low heat and covered so that the steam finishes cooking the vegetables.
Paso/Step 7
Finally, prepare 1 tablespoon of cornstarch in 1/2 cup of water, stir and add it to the pan and let it cook over very low heat for about 10 minutes.
Y así de suculentas se ven nuestras alitas con vegetales.
And this is how succulent our wings with vegetables look.
Mis alitas con vegetales las acompañé con arroz blanco y tajadas de plátano.
My wings with vegetables were served with white rice and plantain slices.
