I love that you kept the broccoli stalks, it’s such a smart way to reduce waste and enjoy the extra nutrients. The soupy version with added water sounds comforting, especially for Sahur. Do you usually stick to chicken or do you enjoy experimenting with tofu or other plant-based proteins as well? 🍗
