Hello to all my friends from @foodiesbeehive. It is a pleasure and pleasure to greet you. It is a pleasure for me to share with you the preparations and recipes that I often prepare for the first time.
In recent days I was at home and I had to prepare my lunch. I only had broccoli, cabbage and zucchini in the fridge. So I decided to prepare them together in a white sauce. I loved this recipe even though with few ingredients it had excellent flavor, consistency, delicious and at the same time very nutritious.
The important thing is that I was able to take advantage of cooking my vegetables in a simple and easy to prepare recipe. Here is my step by step. This recipe is enough for four large portions.

A continuación mi paso a paso. Esta receta alcanzó para cuatro porciones grandes.
INGREDIENTES
. 1 Brócoli grande.
. Calabacin
. 300 gramos de repollo blanco
. 1 cabeza de ajo
. Aceite de oliva para sofreir
