Hello hiver good day everyone we sre on a relaxing weekend with our love ones , it another Sunday to eat an healthy and nutritious meal. the recipe i bring to you today is very delicious and easy to prepare with just few ingredients. Join me as i prepare a nutritious and delicious spicy chicken lemon thighs
Ingredients
1 lap of Chicken
Handful of Scent leaf
1 Lemon
Teaspoon of Dry pepper
1 small Onion
1 Maggi
Little of Groundnuts oil
1 sachets of Chicken spice
Step 1
Wash your chicken very clean, bring out a pot and pour your chicken inside the pot and Boil .
Step 2
Spice it up with 1 Maggi, onion and teaspoon of dry pepper then cover to cook.
Step 3
Bring out a frying pan, let the pan heat for two seconds then pour in your groundnut oil . Then place your chicken inside the oil to fry for 10min.
Step 4
Place your fried chicken in a clean plate and sprinkle your wash scent leaf and place your fresh lemon beside it . Your delicious and nutritious chicken lomon thighs is already to eat .
