I love your technique man! I'm going to have to give this a try, it seems a little more involved than the crockpot method but I'm sure it's worth it, as that oil looks super potent.

Thank you for the shoutout bro, it's ironic I just sat down after starting another pot of butter about a half hour ago and saw the ping ;D
