Crispy Noodle cutlets is a delicious recipe usually made for breakfast or snacks. As it is simple and tasty recipe to enjoy at Home. Mashed Noodles and potato with some species are cooked, then pan fried or shallow fried. You can make it with leftover noodles or spaghetti and is a great option for evening snacks. Noodles cutlet is an innovative way to make your child eat vegetables,it's taste delicious as it is made with noodles, kids always love noodles.Even I must say that everybody going to like this tempting delicious Crispy Noodles Cutlet. You can add any type of vegetables to this noodle recipe and they get ready in few minutes. As i have add no vegetables in it, because i don't have vegetables in my house 😜 So I thought to make it more simple with less ingredients. Believe me guys you are going to love it, one of my favourite evening Snacks.

☘️The Ingredients ☘️
• 250 Grams Noodles.
• 5-6 Boiled Potatoes.
• 1 Packet of Schezwan Hakka Noodles Masala.
• 3 piece of Bread.
• 3-4 Green chilli (optional)
• 1/2 finely chopped Green coriander leaves.
• Salt to taste.
• Refined oil for deep frying.
☘️The process☘️
Step 1. Boil 5 cups water in a large pot and bring it to boil over high flame, Add Salt and 4 drops of oil to remove the stickness.
Step 2 Add Noodles, boil the noodles untill it's get soft. Stir occasionally in between. Strain the water, wash it with cold water to remove the stickness.
Step 3. Now, Mash the boiled potatoes.
Step 4. Now add chopped green coriander leaves and Bread Crumbs, as it help to bind your mixture. Mash it well.
Step 5. Add boiled noodles, Schezwan Masala and salt.
Step 6. Mash everything together.
Step 7. Grease your Palm with oil, take a small portion of mashed potatoes mixture, roll between your hand, to give your desired shape.
Step 8. In the same way, make all your outlets.
Step 9. Heat the oil, now cooked your cutlets in the medium flames, cooked utill it get brown in colour.
Now serve the Hoe Crispy Noodles Cutlets with chutney, Tomato Sauce or With Garlic Sauce.
As Navaratri is going in India, so in my house there is banned on Onion /Garlic.
So i serve it fresh Green chutney.
