Buenísimos días a mis abejitas favoritas, hoy vamos a preparar una salsa lactonesa de ajo, ideal para poner en carnes y pescados, es una mahonesa pero sustituyendo el huevo por leche.

Good morning to my favorite bees! Today we're going to make a garlic lactonesa sauce, perfect for meat and fish. It's a mayonnaise, but with milk instead of the egg.

Ingredientes:

-20 cl de leche desnatada.

-30 cl de aceite de oliva virgen extra.

-2 dientes de ajo.

-Una pizca de pimienta negra recién molida.

-Una cucharadita de vinagre.

Ingredients:

-20 cl of skimmed milk.

-30 cl of extra virgin olive oil.

-2 cloves of garlic.

-A pinch of freshly ground black pepper.

-A teaspoon of vinegar.

Ponemos la leche en un baso de batidora y troceamos los ajos.

We put the milk in a blender glass and chop the garlic.

Agregamos el aceite y la pimienta negra.

We add the oil and black pepper.

Batimos lentamente a poca velocidad para que la mezcla comience a emulsionar, hacemos al final movimientos hacia arriba y abajo con nuestra batidora.

We beat slowly at low speed so that the mixture begins to emulsify, finally making up and down movements with our mixer.

Agregamos en vinagre.

We add in vinegar.

Batimos un poco mas para mezclar bien todos los sabores.

We beat a little more to mix all the flavors well.

Ya tenemos preparada nuestra deliciosa salsa hecha por nosotros mismos.

We already have our delicious homemade sauce ready.

Es importante taparla y meter en la nevera para despues agregarla a nuestras comidas.
